Beginning at 8am, come
to the Roundup Arena and see the beginning of the “Best Show on
Dirt”….The Dodge City Roundup rodeo!
Admission is free.
9am-4pm
- WESTERN ART SHOW

The fun begins at 1pm,
as the competitors do their best to gain a top spot in the contest.
Most of the worlds best steer ropers will be here.

- FAMILY HAMBURGER NIGHT/MEDIA NIGHT

Wright Park
A long standing
favorite of many in Dodge City is the Family/Media Night in Wright Park.
Wear your lapel pin and
the first 1500 people get a hamburger, chips, and Pepsi courtesy of Excel, Pepsi, and Dillons Super Store. Also sponsored by local media: Cox Communications, Dodge City Daily Globe, KBSD-TV, KJIL Radio, KSNG,
KUPK-TV, NRG Radio and Q-97, Z-98.
These media groups send out their employee’s to cook hamburgers
and meet and greet the public.

- COX COMMUNICATIONS “SUMMER SING 2007”

Wright Park
Preliminary winners
will advance and compete in the final SummerSing ’07 event on July 31st
from 7pm-10pm at the Wright Park Bandshell in conjunction with Media
Family Pin Night during Dodge City Days.
Prizes will be awarded to the runners-up and the winner in each age
division. Karaoke puts the instruments behind you, the words in front of
you, a mike in your hand and magic into the performance.
Contestants will be judged on Audience Response, Vocal Ability,
Stage Presence, and Rhythm & Timing.
Free event for the whole family.
Make sure to bring your lawn chairs.
