Sunday, August 2^nd 

6:30am-3pm - DODGE CITY AMBUCS GOLF TOURNAMENT - Mariah Hills Golf Course

The 25^th Annual AMBUCS Golf Tournament is a 4 person Best Ball Tournament with tee times beginning at 7:00 am.  This is open to the general public and is located at Mariah Hills Golf Course.  You must call for your own tee time at 620-225-8182.  Any paid golfer with a lapel pin on will receive a free gift.  For more information, contact Merle Kaufman at 620-225-5803.

10am – COWBOY CHURCH - Dodge City Roundup Arena

Cowboy Church will take place at 10am at Dodge City Roundup Arena with special guest speakers.  This is open to the public.

10am-4pm - DODGE CITY DAYS ARTS, CRAFTS & THINGS SHOW - Downtown Dodge City

1pm-3:30pm - MCDONALD’S KIDFEST - Wright Park

Grab the kids and head down to Wright Park for the 14^th Annual McDonald’s KidFest.  Recommended ages are 4 to 12 years old. Admission is simply a lapel pin, and all the games and activities are FREE!  You’ll not go away empty handed, that is a promise!  McDonald’s donates many wonderful prizes as well as many area businesses sponsor games and activities.  JAG and DC Sand will provide a Giant Sand Box for the children to dig for prizes.  Media sponsor is Q-97, Z-98 and KSSA “La Nueva”.  For more information call the Chambe r office at 620-227-3119.

5pm – “WENDY’S CASH GIVEAWAY” - Civic Center

At exactly 5pm, “Wendy” from Wendy’s restaurant will be drawing five lucky pin numbers to win $1000 each in cash.  For an additional chance to win, register your pin number at Wendy’s in Dodge City (one entry per visit).  You must be present to win. (There are other restrictions, so contact the Chamber of Commerce office for complete drawing disclosure.)

7:45pm – DODGE CITY ROUNDUP PRCA RODEO – A WRANGLER MILLION DOLLAR TOUR RODEO, SILVER SERIES/BUDWEISER CHAMPIONSHIP NIGHT - Dodge City Roundup Arena

The top twelve contestants in each event go for the top money and the championship buckle.
