 5pm – Civic Center 

                                At exactly 5pm, “Wendy” from Wendy’s restaurant will be drawing six lucky pin numbers to win $500 each in cash.  You must register your pin number at Wendy’s in Dodge City (one entry per visit), and you must be present at the Civic Center to win.
